These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Lush Car Wash & Detailing website and services. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
Lush Car Wash LLC provides premium mobile car wash and detailing services at customer-specified locations within Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman, United Arab Emirates. Our services include exterior washing, interior detailing, paint correction, polishing, ceramic coating, and related automotive care services.
Bookings can be made through our website booking form, via WhatsApp, or by phone. A booking is considered confirmed only after we have sent you a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any booking at our discretion.
Same-day bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted price.
Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept:
Payment must be made in full before the technician departs the service location.
Cancellation: You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of 50 AED.
Rescheduling: We understand plans change. Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.
Weather-Related Rescheduling: In the event of heavy rain, sandstorms, extreme heat, or other adverse weather conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for safety and quality reasons. No cancellation fees will apply in such cases.

You must provide safe and reasonable access to your vehicle at the agreed service location. You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is free of hazardous materials, sharp objects, or any condition that may pose a risk to our technicians.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that the vehicle or location presents an unreasonable safety risk.
Our ceramic coating packages include a 12-month warranty against product failure (e.g., peeling, hazing, or loss of hydrophobic properties under normal use). The warranty is subject to the following conditions:
